  • 1.牛奶和水放入面包桶内,加入鸡蛋液。
  • 2.在一角放入盐,另一角放入糖,筛入高粉。

  • 5.蔓越莓切碎。
  • 6.面团揉至扩展程度,加入软化的黄油揉匀,揉至出膜。
  • 7.取出分成5份滚圆,盖保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 8.取一块面团擀成长椭圆形。
  • 9.刷一层黄油。
  • 10.撒上蔓越莓碎。
  • 11.5块面团依次做好后,摞起来。
  • 12.切成条。
  • 13.放入面包桶内发酵至两倍大时,刷上鸡蛋液,烘烤40分钟。
  • 14.取出晾凉。
