【芝心吐司鱼卷】
吃剩的吐司也只有4片而已,想着怎么来用掉它?在网上搜搜又寻寻,终于让我给找到了我想要做滴。那就马上开工去呗!4片吐司刚好做4个,就先解决下吧!!

Steps to make 【芝心吐司鱼卷】

  • 1.鱼片4片,芝士2片。
  • 2.鱼片放蛋白,盐和胡椒粉拌匀腌制半小时。
  • 3.面包糠和黑芝麻先混合好。
  • 4.全蛋打成蛋液。
  • 5.吐司切掉它4个边边。
  • 6.把每一片用擀面棍擀成扁平。
  • 7.每片芝士片切成3等份。(切对半就行了,切3份太小点)
  • 8.在吐司4周都涂上一层蛋液。
  • 9.铺上一片腌好的鱼片。
  • 10.再放上一片芝士片。
  • 11.先折上向自己的一边,在上面再涂些蛋液。
  • 12.把另一边也对折过来,压再涂有蛋液的吐司上,按紧。
  • 13.头尾2边也把它按压紧。
  • 14.先把它沾上一层蛋液。
  • 15.再放入步骤(3)中滚一圈沾满面包糠和黑芝麻。
  • 16.全部做好的芝心吐司卷。
  • 17.放入5成热的油中,转中火炸至2面都微金黄,捞起。
  • 18.在油温再度升高时,再放入复炸一次把油份逼出。
  • 19.油温不要太高咯,我就是列子,放进去拿起时已太焦了点哈。
  • 20.还好不影响它滴口味,只是较酥脆点,咬下去渣子满地掉。。。

  • 22.吃时还可搭配酸青瓜一起享用。
  • 23.青瓜洗净切片,红萝卜去皮切成丝用白醋和白糖腌制下就OK了!
