【蛋香可可面豆】--------二月二炒豆豆

Steps to make 【蛋香可可面豆】--------二月二炒豆豆

  • 1.1、除可可粉外,所有材料混合在一起揉成光滑的面团。如果面团过干不易成团,可以适量加些水。
  • 2.2、面团醒发30分钟
  • 3.3、面团分成两份,一份加入可可粉
  • 4.4、揉好的原味面团和可可面团
  • 5.5、分别把两个面团擀成8mm厚的面片
  • 6.6、切成8mm见方的面豆,在面板上晾10分钟,这时面豆表面稍干,放入锅中不易粘连。
  • 7.7、平底锅烧热,放入面豆,小火慢炒,面豆表面金黄即可
