奶香旗子
面旗子,一种传统民间小吃,农历二月二节日食品。将和好面团,用擀面杖擀成大圆饼,用刀划碎成平行四边形,由于形状像是小旗子,俗称“面旗子”。后来又增加了蛋奶等,比起传统旗子更酥脆好吃*

Steps to make 奶香旗子

  • 1.食材备好。
  • 2.揉成硬面团,醒发2小时。
  • 3.擀成0.5cm薄片。
  • 4.设成1cm宽长条。
  • 5.改刀棋子块。
  • 6.电饼铛烙熟,如果喜欢外酥里嫩的可以轻一点烙,喜欢整个酥脆,或者需要放几天吃完,就要烙透。
  • 7.我喜欢吃脆的,烙的久点,超级好吃。
