转化糖浆
去年的转化糖浆是买来的,今年还是自己动手做一做。虽然过程简单,但是火候还是要控制好,我的由于最后十几分钟有事耽搁了一下,导致熬出的糖浆颜色稍微深了些。

  • 200克
  • 柠檬汁50克

Steps to make 转化糖浆

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.水先烧热关火,将白砂糖倒入水中,稍加搅拌,使部分糖融化。
  • 3.重新开火水开后放入柠檬汁,将火调到最小。此后不用再搅拌。
  • 4.半个小时候后糖浆颜色微微变黄。
  • 5.50分钟后颜色变成棕红色。(最后耽搁了没看住炉子,估计45分钟更加合适)
  • 6.成品。
