  • 轻盐酱油1勺

Steps to make 二月二吃焖子

  • 1.红薯淀粉用250g清水溶解,搅拌均匀,成流动性样子。
  • 2.不粘奶锅中倒入剩余的550g清水烧开,将红薯淀粉缓慢倒入锅中不停搅拌。
  • 3.开始呈现是白色的,要不停搅拌,都变成透明色焖子就做好了,关火。
  • 4.将容器四周涂抹一层薄薄的食用油,趁热倒入焖子糊,放入阴凉通风的地方凉透。
  • 5.芝麻酱倒入碗中,倒入酱油1勺,再加少许凉开水搅拌均匀。
  • 6.放入捣成泥的大蒜,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.凉透的焖子切块,平底锅倒少许油,放入焖子,煎至2面出嘎就可以了,盛入盘中 。
  • 8.倒入芝麻蒜泥拌匀就可以开吃了,劲道Q弹超好吃。
