土司是面包当中我稍微比较喜欢吃的一种。不会油腻。味道简洁。自己额外的加了红枣。吃起来很甜很香。

  • 奶粉25g
  • 橄榄油25g

  • 1.所有的材料秤好备好。鸡蛋只留取蛋液。
  • 2.面包机桶里加入橄榄油。
  • 3.加入水,鸡蛋。盐,白糖。稍微用筷子什么的搅散一下。
  • 4.加入奶粉。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉和高筋面粉。
  • 6.中间挖个洞,加入酵母粉。面包机启动和面程序。
  • 7.红枣片备好洗净。
  • 8.和好的面团取出分成三个一样的剂子。
  • 9.用擀面杖擀成锥圆形。然后均匀的铺上红枣片。
  • 10.向里面卷起。
  • 11.三个全部做好。
  • 12.保鲜膜盖上发酵。
  • 13.至2倍大了。
  • 14.烤箱预热130°。
  • 15.放中层,上火120°,下火125°。烤35分钟。
  • 16.烤好后取出凉透切片。
  • 17.成品。
