简单美味卷出来-----京酱肉丝卷
小熊吃了后说味道真好,好久没有炒这样的肉丝了,不过更喜欢用春卷皮卷出来的感觉,豆腐皮好象稍厚了点,总体味道还是很棒的。

今天的京酱肉丝里加了番茄酱,口感更丰富。

    • 1.准备好肉丝,用腌料腌制20分钟,不需要切太细。
    • 2.在腌肉的过程中,我们将豆腐皮入沸水中焯两分钟。
    • 3.焯好的豆腐皮过一下凉水,切去四周的硬皮,再切成方形块。
    • 4.准备好大葱丝和黄瓜丝。
    • 5.将番茄酱、甜面酱和蚝油准备好。
    • 6.搅匀。
    • 7.锅里加肉,油热后放入姜末,炒出香味后,放入肉丝,滑炒至变色捞起。
    • 8.锅里再加适量的油,放入准备好的酱料翻炒片刻,倒入肉丝,将酱料均匀裹在肉丝上即可。
