凉拌内脂豆腐

Steps to make 凉拌内脂豆腐

  • 1.内脂豆腐一盒,将豆腐翻转然后在底部4个角各剪开一角。因内脂豆腐较嫩,稍不留意从盒子里倒出来就会碎掉,所以这样处理过的豆腐扣出来就会比较完整。
  • 2.将盒子上面的塑封用刀化开,小心不要把豆腐划烂。轻轻扣在干净的案板上。
  • 3.用刀轻轻的将豆腐片成薄片,然后将豆腐用刀拖入到盘子里。
  • 4.生抽3勺、陈醋2勺、白糖1勺、姜末少许、香菜1根,香油1勺调成一碗料汁。
  • 5.将料汁倒在豆腐上即可。大家日常吃,将豆腐片成片以后浇上料汁即可。我为了视觉效果更好,用了一个整块的豆腐。
