Steps to make 丑耳雪梨羹

  • 1.丑耳,备用。
  • 2.泡发一个小时后的丑耳,如图所示。
  • 3.挖去根部,再洗干净,撕成小朵。
  • 4.把梨削皮,切小丁,备用。
  • 5.莲子清水泡发一夜,备用。
  • 6.冰糖和枸杞,备用。
  • 7.起锅加入丑耳和足够的纯净水。
  • 8.大火烧开转小火炖一个小时待丑耳开始出胶,梨、莲子和冰糖放入锅中。
  • 9.盖上锅盖仍然小火慢慢炖,中途要经常搅拌防止胶质粘锅(一个小时)。
  • 10.一直熬到梨软烂,丑耳胶质都出来了,最后加少许枸杞。
  • 11.关火焖一会就可以吃啦!
  • 12.盛入碗中。
