Steps to make 圣诞节烤鸡

  • 1.漂亮地冲刷鸡内外,擦去水分。(此次使用的鸡重量1kg的小型东西)。
  • 2.混和盐·胡椒和带香味的香料。(我混合蒜·迷迭香·牛至·荷兰芹)。
  • 3.在鸡表面·都好好地擦磨上调料。让鸡腿交叉,并用线绑上。

  • 6.翅膀用牙签儿使之固定在身体上。烤炉以210℃预热。
  • 7.烤炉专用托盘上铺上锡纸,锡纸上铺切了的西芹菜。
  • 8.把鸡放在芹菜上,鸡表面涂上油撒上面粉。用锡纸完全包住鸡。
  • 9.拿着托盘放进预热了200度的烤炉烧(烤)1小时。此后取下锡纸,提高温度到240度,再烧(烤)30分钟。
  • 10.装盘。取下牙签儿,在鸡脚上绑上鲜艳的蝴蝶结等丝带。在盘子周围装饰上颜色鲜艳的各种蔬菜!完成!
