鲜香嫩滑的照烧瑶柱嫩豆腐
家里人不喜欢豆腐油煎,改了配方,把嫩豆腐直接炖,加了一把瑶柱,鲜香嫩滑,酱汁浓郁,老爸老妈很喜欢。

  • 味好美照烧酱3勺
  • 味达美臻品蚝油2勺
  • 六月鲜特级酱油1勺
  • 味达美臻品料酒2勺
  • 1勺

Steps to make 鲜香嫩滑的照烧瑶柱嫩豆腐

  • 1.嫩豆腐切麻将块。
  • 2.瑶柱洗净,加1勺料酒,温水泡20分钟。有时间的话,把瑶柱浸泡后在锅里煮熟。
  • 3.蒜切片。
  • 4.调个料汁:3勺照烧汁+2勺蚝油+1勺酱油,加半碗清水,化开。
  • 5.锅中添水,加1勺盐,水开倒入豆腐,煮三四分钟,捞出过凉水。
  • 6.热锅凉油,油六七成热,放蒜片,小火炒香。
  • 7.放瑶柱,加1勺料酒,炒两三分钟。
  • 8.加豆腐,倒入料汁,用锅铲轻轻推动混合均匀。
  • 9.大火烧开,转中火收汁,汁不要收太干,留点拌米饭。
  • 10.汤汁快干时淋香油,炒匀出锅装盘,撒葱花装饰。
  • 11.嫩滑入味,美味适口。
