这道菜,我觉得相当简单,头一天腌制好排骨,第二天下班后直接放进烤箱,半个小时之后就可以上桌了,而且非常适合作为宴客菜,春节招待亲戚朋友很不错哦。

    • 1.原材料:排骨,蜜汁烤肉料,蜂蜜。
    • 2.提前一天将排骨按比例(一袋烤肉料可以腌制2千克的原材料)放入蜜汁烤肉料腌制,如果没有蜜汁烤肉料的话,可以用超市瓶装的排骨酱加葱、姜和糖腌制。
    • 3.烤制之前将排骨涂上一层蜂蜜。
    • 4.将涂好蜂蜜的排骨包上锡纸放烤箱中层,200度,烤15分钟后打开锡纸,再涂上一层剩下的腌制的汁料和蜂蜜,放烤箱再烤15分钟。
