自制驴打滚
驴打滚是老北京、天津卫及东北的持色小吃之一,是由糯米粉、豆沙、及黄豆粉制作而成。首次自制驴打滚外观漂亮、层次清晰、口感软糯、豆沙入口即化,黄豆粉细腻香甜、成品效果不错。

Steps to make 自制驴打滚

  • 1.糯米粉300g。
  • 2.加入20g白糖,300g清水搅拌均匀。
  • 3.水开后入锅隔水蒸35分钟。
  • 4.蒸熟后的状态。
  • 5.不烫手从盆中取出,先撒熟黄豆粉将糯团放面案上。
  • 6.撒上黄豆粉再将面团擀开。
  • 7.擀成均匀薄厚的长方型面皮,均匀涂抹红豆沙。
  • 8.卷成卷。
  • 9.卷成长条卷。
  • 10.用一根线左右互搭,轻轻用力一系即可。
  • 11.一个驴打滚被完整的切割下来了(用刀切由于驴打滚比较软会切不成型>。
  • 12.再继续用线切割,用另一个驴打滚量长短,下一个很好切割。
  • 13.轻松切割完成。
  • 14.首次自制驴打滚,卖相还不错吧。
