小白菜粉丝肉丸汤
小白菜批量上市,买就买一捆,虽然捆不大,但也要吃几次。叶茎分开食用。用小白菜叶子、粉丝做了猪肉丸汤,很经典的荤素搭配,营养均衡,味道很好。

Steps to make 小白菜粉丝肉丸汤

  • 1.小白菜洗干净,取叶子部分入锅焯水后捞出沥干水
  • 2.猪肉馅加油、盐、味精、酱油搅拌上劲后加葱姜、淀粉搅拌均匀备用
  • 3.焯水后的小白菜叶子切成小块儿
  • 4.煮锅加水烧开,搅拌好的猪肉馅做成丸子入锅煮
  • 5.开锅后粉丝入锅同煮
  • 6.煮至丸子熟,小白菜入锅
  • 7.加盐、味精关火
  • 8.加胡椒粉搅拌均匀。
  • 9.淋上芝麻油。
  • 10.搅拌即可盛出享用。
