  • 1.鲫鱼洗净,用1茶匙盐和1大匙料酒里外抹匀,腌15分钟。
  • 2.萝卜去皮切粗丝。
  • 3.姜切片,葱切葱花。
  • 4.萝卜放入适量的水煮开。
  • 5.热油锅,把鲫鱼煎至两面金黄,姜片在翻面的时候放入爆一下。
  • 6.把煎透的鱼和姜片放入萝卜汤中,慢炖20分钟。
  • 7.放盐调味。
  • 8.撒上葱花即可。
  • 9.奶白鲜美的萝卜汤。
