简单好吃的蔓越莓司康,英式下午茶必备!

  • 枫糖糖浆25g
  • 泡打粉4g
  • 1g
  • 蔓越莓干30g
  • 全蛋液少许

Steps to make 简单好吃的蔓越莓司康,英式下午茶必备!

  • 1.准备好全部食材。
  • 2.低筋面粉、盐、泡打粉倒入打蛋盆内搅拌均匀。(司康不需要过度揉面,所以这里尽量让材料混合均匀,那样口感才会更好。)
  • 3.黄油切成小块。
  • 4.然后加到混合好的面粉里,用手揉搓成粗粗的颗粒状。
  • 5.放入蔓越莓干搅拌均匀,用手松散的抓匀,不要硬压。
  • 6.倒入淡奶油、糖浆,轻轻地揉成面团。(一定要尽量减少揉面的次数,防止面粉产生筋度,筋度产生得越少,司康烤出来的口感更松软。)
  • 7.把面团放在面板上压成一块圆饼。
  • 8.切成三角形。
  • 9.表面刷上一层全蛋液。
  • 10.送入预热好的蒸烤箱,全烤模式180度20分钟左右即可。
