低脂纽约芝士蛋糕

  • 黄油50克
  • 奶油奶酪125克
  • 低筋面粉30克
  • 酸奶40克
  • 牛奶20克
  • 砂糖15克

Steps to make 低脂纽约芝士蛋糕

  • 1.全麦饼干掰成小块,放入结实的塑料袋中,用擀面杖压碎(放多少依个人爱好定,不加饼底也行)。
  • 2.饼干碎拌上黄油,铺到烤模底部,压实。
  • 3.奶油奶酪隔水融化。
  • 4.分两次加入牛奶,搅拌均匀,同样分次加入酸奶和打散的两个蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入低粉。
  • 6.将面糊翻拌均匀。
  • 7.蛋白中加少量白醋或塔塔粉,加入砂糖,打至硬性发泡,舀三分之一蛋白到蛋黄糊中,拌匀。
  • 8.调好的面糊倒入剩下的蛋白中,调匀。
  • 9.降芝士面糊倒入烤模中,大力震两下,放入预热好的烤箱中,180度烤至上色,转170度35分钟就烤好了!
