  • 酸奶200ml
  • 淡奶油60ml
  • 玉米淀粉5克

Steps to make 芝士布朗尼

  • 1.用的是现成的杏仁饼干,用擀面棍把它压碎,备用
  • 2.黄油和黑巧克力分别装入碗里隔水加热至融化
  • 3.鸡蛋打入无水无油的盆里加入糖,搅拌均匀
  • 4.将融化了的黄油加入蛋液,搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入黑巧克力
  • 6.搅拌至融化均匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉
  • 8.加入可可粉
  • 9.搅拌至均匀呈糊状
  • 10.倒入模具中
  • 11.预热烤箱,200度,20分钟左右。(想硬点的可以多点时间,根据自家烤炉设定时间温度)
  • 12.布朗尼出炉
  • 13.奶油奶酪加入白糖,搅拌融化均匀,打入鸡蛋
  • 14.加入酸奶,搅拌均匀
  • 15.加入淡奶油,搅拌均匀
  • 16.加入玉米淀粉,使蛋糕更有黏度
  • 17.倒入布朗尼蛋糕里。用锡纸包住
  • 18.烤箱预热,烤盘加入水,将蛋糕放入,200度,烤60分钟。(根据自家烤箱调整)
