脆拌菜梗
每次炒大白菜,孩子们都不太喜欢吃大白菜梗.丢掉也太可惜浪费了.用菜梗拌道凉拌菜,又脆又好吃,而且特简单.

    Steps to make 脆拌菜梗

    • 1.大白菜梗洗净待用.
    • 2.蒜头切细粒,红剁椒,花椒备用.
    • 3.白菜梗先劈横斜刀,不要切断,再直切粗条.
    • 4.锅中水煮开加盐,放入菜梗焯-下沥干,快放入冷开水中过凉.(最好事先用大一点不锈钢碗,装点水冷冻-下)
    • 5.过凉后的菜梗装在盘中,放红椒.
    • 6.碗内加1勺鲜酱油+1勺香醋+小半勺白糖+少许胡椒粉拌均匀,淋在菜梗上.
    • 7.锅内油烧热炸香花椒,蒜粒淋在菜梗上
    • 8.搅拌后可食用.
