  • 1.准备好食材,猪肉剁成末
  • 2.肉末加淀粉和鸡蛋搅拌均匀,加一点点水顺一个方向搅拌上劲
  • 3.碗中放好水(七分满)
  • 4.肉末用手拍成稍圆的大肉饼
  • 5.肉饼轻轻放入盛有水的碗中
  • 6.磕入几个鹌鹑蛋
  • 7.放入电高压锅,隔水蒸熟(30分钟)
  • 8.时间结束后,加一点点盐和鸡精调味(也可以不加盐,也挺鲜的)
