Steps to make 斑斓绿豆月饼

  • 1.事先做好的绿豆沙,前一个做品详细介绍了绿豆沙的制作过程,这里不再重复赘述。
  • 2.这是炒制过的淀粉,做为手粉用比较细腻。
  • 3.取一块豆沙先过称与模具所需的重量相等,揉至均匀成圆球状,再滚入少许熟淀粉(不能多)。
  • 4.塞入模具前先将豆沙搓成与月饼筒相同宽度,再轻轻加入月饼桶用压实(图案才清晰)。
  • 5.本色绿豆糕图案纹理清晰。
  • 6.我自次先称好重量再加入颜色,这是加入绿茶粉的,可根据自己所需的颜色调整加入量。
  • 7.揉成圆,沾少许淀粉、入模压制出型。。
  • 8.这是加入了蝶豆粉。
  • 9.这是加入了甜菜粉揉成圆型。
  • 10.入月饼模具。
  • 11.三种颜色的豆沙月饼既美观、又可放心即食。
