肉松太阳花面包
做过好多款花朵面包,最喜欢这款。大大的面包宣软香甜。这是在一本烘焙书中学到的造型,那款面包是酥脆感大一些的面包。经过几次实验,我还是比较喜欢宣软一些的面包,所以调整了配方,同时我用了肉松做夹馅,营养当然是更上一层楼,同时肉松的醇香结合在面包里,咬上一口,回味悠长

  • 酵母2g
  • 2g
  • 25g
  • 玉米油20g
  • 牛奶50g
  • 全蛋液50g
  • 蛋黄1个(装饰)

Steps to make 肉松太阳花面包

  • 1.主料中主料中所有材料按照先液体后固体的顺序放到面包桶内。
  • 2.启动面包机发面程序,90分钟后 面发好。
  • 3.取出面团揉匀排气松弛10分钟。
  • 4.分成四个面剂子,团圆,在松弛10分钟。
  • 5.每个剂子都擀成约4mm厚的大圆饼。
  • 6.取一张圆饼,铺满肉松。
  • 7.在盖上一张圆饼铺满肉松,就是4张饼,3层肉松。
  • 8.做好的饼坯移至铺好油纸的烤盘上,用刀小心地切割分成8等分,中间圆心留出不切断。
  • 9.每份中间再切一刀,分成16等份。
  • 10.每两条相对旋转360度后,用手把头捏在一起。
  • 11.依次做好,像个美丽的太阳花。
  • 12.二次饧发2倍大后,涂上蛋黄液,中间撒上芝麻。
  • 13.放入提前预热好的烤箱内,中层,上下火,165度,205分钟。(我同时又烤了其他的2个面包)
