客家焖鹅
今天爸爸又做了他的拿手好菜-焖鹅.鹅肉在广东有很多做法, 但很少人会用豆豉大蒜来焖的.好像只有博罗的客家人才常这样做,这是在我家亲戚朋友中最受欢迎的菜式,尝过的人无不赞好的.现在教大家怎么做,材料挺简单的:
1 鹅一只(我们的大概6\7斤),切块备用:
2 蒜150克,豆豉50克,盐
3 酱油,花生油.
做法:
首先将鹅冷水下锅,飞水后凉水冲净;锅中倒入少许油,倒入鹅翻炒,然后,把蒜,豆豉,盐,搅碎混合

倒入锅中与鹅肉一起翻炒;不断翻炒以防糊底,大概15分钟后,鹅肉已干身,酌量加入盐,酱油,再翻匀

;然后加入热水至鹅肉的三分之二处,盖上锅盖焖煮10分钟左右.收汁,出锅.貌不惊人却让人齿颊留香,回味无穷的客家焖鹅出场了.
