  • 1.苦笋洗净焯水,减少一点苦味。酸菜切小,淡菜洗净去掉毛。
  • 2.五花肉煸炒出油。
  • 3.放入姜蒜爆香。
  • 4.放入苦笋酸菜淡菜炒香。
  • 5.放一点生抽炒均匀。
  • 6.倒入开水,没过所有材料。
  • 7.转入砂锅焖。
  • 8.烧干水份后加入一点盐调味。
  • 9.开吃。
