Steps to make 锅包肉

  • 1.里脊切成片。
  • 2.将面粉淀粉加水搅拌成糊状。
  • 3.将肉片沾满糊
  • 4.锅中倒入适量豆油,五成热放入肉片,炸至定型即可。
  • 5.捞出先放到盘子里。
  • 6.油继续加热到八成,放入肉片进行复炸,用笊篱捞两片肉片颠几下,发出清脆的声音就表示炸好了
  • 7.将所有调料混合在一起调成汁
  • 8.热锅,加入少量的油,将调好的汁倒入锅里。
  • 9.当汁出现密集的小泡泡,将肉片倒入,颠勺,使肉片裹上酱汁即可。
