    Steps to make 东北大拉皮

    • 1.原料。
    • 2.鸡蛋打散。
    • 3.猪肉切丝加料酒.淀粉.生抽抓匀腌制五分钟。
    • 4.锅中烧开水分别把豆芽 木耳焯水。
    • 5.鸡蛋煎成蛋皮切成丝。
    • 6.分别把豆皮.黄瓜.胡萝卜.紫罗.木耳切丝,把豆芽和切丝的所有原料摆入盘中。
    • 7.锅中热油下入肉丝炒熟后盛出凉凉。
    • 8.拉皮切成两厘米宽摆入盘中间。
    • 9.蒜切末。
    • 10.拉皮上放入盐.生抽.香醋.鸡精.白糖.蒜末.辣椒油。
    • 11.把肉丝放在调料上。
    • 12.放少许香菜,吃的时候调匀即可。
