Steps to make 鲜虾水饺

  • 1.将面粉放入盆中,加入少许盐,慢慢倒入水,搅拌成雪花状。
  • 2.将其揉成光滑的面团,盖上盖饧一会儿。
  • 3.鲜虾冲洗干净,剥壳去虾线,留三分之一整只的。将剩余的虾仁剁成虾肉蓉。
  • 4.将五花肉洗净,切成小块后剁成肉泥。葱洗净切成葱花。
  • 5.将剁好的虾泥、五花肉、玉米粒、整只的虾葱花放入容器,加入少许盐、糖、鸡粉、五香粉、耗油、香油、花椒油,顺同一方向搅匀。
  • 6.将面重新拿出来揉一遍,取一小块,搓成长条,切成小块剂子,撒上一层薄面,用手压扁。
  • 7.用擀面杖擀成饺子皮。
  • 8.第一个饺子出炉了。
  • 9.包好了一帘饺子。
