    Steps to make 金枪鱼酥里卷寿司

    • 1.除米饭外的原料图。黄瓜、胡萝卜切丝,鸡蛋摊成蛋皮后切丝。
    • 2.黄瓜用平底锅加一点点盐不加油炒断生。(也可焯一下水)
    • 3.煮好的米饭加适量寿司醋拌匀后晾凉。(我是自己调的醋,毛估估,适合自己口味,不正宗)
    • 4.寿司帘上放一层保鲜膜。(这一步可省略)
    • 5.放一层海苔。
    • 6.在海苔上铺一层均匀的米饭。
    • 7.铺一层金枪鱼酥,撒一层少量的熟黑芝麻。
    • 8.再铺一层保鲜膜。
    • 9.反过来,米饭朝下,拿掉上面的保鲜膜。
    • 10.把胡萝卜丝、黄瓜丝、蛋皮丝放在上面。
    • 11.顺势卷起,边卷边往前拉保鲜膜。
    • 12.直至全部卷好,拿掉保鲜膜,切成适当大小的段,吃时,我喜欢蘸千岛酱,也可直接吃,随意。
