Steps to make 四色花朵豆沙面包

  • 1.除去黄油及红曲、抹茶、可可粉外其余材料放面包机混合搅拌,揉面至扩展阶段,醒发两倍大
  • 2.取出分成四等份,再分别加入红曲粉,抹茶粉,可可粉后揉匀面团
  • 3.保鲜膜覆盖醒15分钟
  • 4.擀开面团2厘米厚,直径8厘米的圆盖如图切下圆形面片

  • 7.团成长椭圆形
  • 8.像包饺子一样包好
  • 9.像包馄饨一样两边捏紧
  • 10.四色面团如图搓成小长条
