蔓越莓奶酪餐包
淡淡奶酪香的面包,松软却又与一般甜面包有些不一样的细腻组织,配上酸甜可口的蔓越莓干,虽然外形上不骨那么光滑,但是味道好到连舌头都快吞下去了...

  • 高筋面粉150克
  • 奶油奶酪75克
  • 蔓越莓干45克(切碎)
  • 全蛋45克
  • 牛奶70克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 2克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 蔓越莓奶酪餐包

  • 1.准备好所有需要的材料......
  • 2.除黄油和蔓越莓外,所有的材料倒入面包机中,启动和面程序30分钟.....(注意酵母不要和盐直接接触....)
  • 3.30分钟后,把奶油奶酪倒入面包机中.再次启动和面程序30分钟......
  • 4.30分钟后,面团能拉出薄薄的膜.....
  • 5.然后我们倒入切碎的蔓越莓....并启动和面程序
  • 6.大概一两分钟左右.蔓越莓和均匀了就OK了....然后我们开启发面程序,让面团在烤箱中进行第一次发酵.....
  • 7.发酵好的面团....
  • 8.取出面团面团压出空气
  • 9.将面团分成8等份,揉圆,盖上保鲜膜或湿布室温醒发10分钟
  • 10.醒发后,再次揉圆,放在烤盘上,进行最后发酵。
  • 11.二发好的面团,看上去会不那么平整,没有关系的,主要是我们里面加了蔓越梅...(这个时候我们就可以去预热烤箱了)
  • 12.给面团刷上一层蛋液...并在上面撒上少许的芝麻.....不撒也可以,看你自己喜欢.....送入ACA烤箱中.....上火160 下火130 18分钟就OK了......
