蓝莓核桃吐司(面包机版)
冬天即将到来,懒人也能在被窝里做出热腾腾的面包,不需要自己搓面团,不用担心有没有烤糊,躲在被窝里,被暖暖的热气包围着。(每周都会定期更新食谱)

Steps to make 蓝莓核桃吐司(面包机版)

  • 1.懒的前提需要一台面包机,我用的是东菱,价格300多。
  • 2.最好是能链接WIFI的,远程操控的,这样就可以在被窝里等面包做好。我用的是东菱,价格300多。
  • 3.称量好所有材料
  • 4.除了蓝莓酱和核桃,其他按先糖、盐,后液体类(水、鸡蛋液、黄油),再粉类(高粉、奶粉、酵母)放入,放完面粉再粉酵母。
  • 5.核桃先压成小粒,放入面包机的果料盒
  • 6.蓝莓酱你想入味点可以选择面团成形后放入,懒的可以选择一开始就放入。
  • 7.然后你就可以在被窝里用手机按启动了,或者跑去手动。
  • 8.有WIFI的面包机可以随时用手机查看做到哪一步哦。假如想表面上色一点,可以在快烤好前10~20分钟扫上蛋液。
  • 9.烤出来倒放冷却一会,再拿出。松软香甜的面包来了。
