蜜豆麻薯包
麻薯包的制作非常简单,大概7、8分钟就可以做好坯子,放入烤箱烘烤。可以直接做成原味的,也可以通过添加不同的材料,制作出不同口味的麻薯包。之前我制作过香葱麻薯包,是咸甜味的。今天为大家带来的是有“内涵”的麻薯包。此分量可以做11个麻薯包。

  • 麻薯面包预拌粉132g
  • 玉米油26g
  • 40g
  • 鸡蛋液53g
  • 细砂糖7g
  • 蜜红豆55g

Steps to make 蜜豆麻薯包

  • 1.鸡蛋放入碗里,加入玉米油
  • 2.加入清水
  • 3.加入细砂糖
  • 4.用电动打蛋器大概搅打20秒左右
  • 5.将预拌粉过筛进去
  • 6.用电动打蛋器搅拌1-2分钟
  • 7.再用刮刀将其拌成软软的面团
  • 8.戴上一次性手套抹油操作,将面团分成每份20克,皮压扁,放入5克左右的蜜红豆
  • 9.收口,搓圆一下
  • 10.放在东菱K40C烤箱自带的不粘烤盘上,不用太在意圆不圆
  • 11.放进已经预热好170度的烤箱中下层,烘烤21分钟左右
  • 12.在烘烤的时候可以看到麻薯包慢慢地膨胀起来
  • 13.加了蜜红豆双重口感
