Steps to make 椒丝四季豆

  • 1.材料准备好;
  • 2.四季豆摘去豆筋,洗净斜切成丝,红椒洗净去芯切丝,大蒜剁碎;
  • 3.锅内入适量油,入蒜沫爆香,入四季豆翻炒三分钟;
  • 4.调入少许白糖;
  • 5.炒至四季豆熟透变软,入红椒丝继续炒两分钟;
  • 6.调入鸡精;
  • 7.调入盐;
  • 8.盛盘出锅。
