芥菜大家肯定都知道,这个季节满街很多卖的,5毛钱一斤,很便宜,家庭主妇们买来主要就是做成小咸菜。芥菜的味道也很特别,芥末粉就是芥菜的种子做成的,平时我们吃的芥菜也可以做出芥末的味道,快来跟我学吧,经常吃少感冒哦。

  • 熟花椒油70克
  • 鸡精10克

  • 白酒2克
  • 白糖60克

Steps to make 腌芥菜丝

  • 1.把疙瘩里面的土用刀挖去洗净,晾干水分。
  • 2.把芥菜疙瘩切成细丝,全部切完。
  • 3.把切好的芥菜丝放到盖帘上稍微晾去多余的水分,刚刚打蔫就可以了。
  • 4.把芥菜丝都放到盆里,加入鸡精,盐,白糖,醋,白酒。
  • 5.用手搓匀,喜欢大蒜的味道就再加入大蒜末,搓匀,再泼上熬好的花椒油拌匀。如果不喜欢辣椒就可以直接装瓶腌渍了。
  • 6.喜欢辣椒可以再加入辣椒粉充分拌匀,辣椒粉的量看自己喜欢的辣度来添加。
  • 7.这样再把有辣椒粉的装一瓶,全部装完,密封保存,大约腌渍3天以上就可以吃了。
  • 8.吃得时候用筷子夹到盘子里,随吃随取很方便,味道鲜美,佐餐超棒。
