Steps to make 寿司饭团

  • 1.寿司米用清水冲洗干净,沥干水分,加入到电饭煲里,加入适量清水煮成香喷喷的大米饭。
  • 2.鸡胸肉清洗干净,去掉筋膜和油脂,切成小块,加入料酒和胡椒粉抓匀腌制30分钟左右,去腥。
  • 3.不粘锅里放入适量的玉米油,烧热后用大蒜片来爆出香味。
  • 4.再加鸡胸肉翻炒,直到鸡胸肉炒到完全变色。
  • 5.再加入照烧酱汁翻炒入味,盛出备用。
  • 6.大米饭煮熟盛出放至温热,准备做寿司饭团。
  • 7.取一只保鲜袋,里面放入一勺大米饭,隔着袋子将其按扁成饺子皮的形状,包入一勺照烧鸡块包在里面。
  • 8.然后虎口处隔着保鲜袋慢慢向上慢口,直至包成一个圆球状,再取一片海苔剪出形状装饰一下饭团,就可以上桌品尝了。
