酥炸藕盒
油炸的东西我其实很少做,主要是不健康,其次又浪费油(我真抠)。

    我们家的饮食以素菜为主,健康第一哦。偶尔例外一下,不对,应该是一年例外一次。

    也是很简单的菜,女儿今天蛮给面子的,一个人拿了一块自己坐在沙发上吃的津津有味,嘿嘿,知道老妈一年才做一次,这丫头也知道珍惜机会啊~~~

    Steps to make 酥炸藕盒

    • 1.准备材料主料:藕、猪肉末、胡萝卜、黑木耳、面粉、鸡蛋调料:葱、姜、生抽、盐、糖
    • 2.猪肉沫里加入切好的胡萝卜碎、黑木耳碎、葱、姜、生抽、盐、糖、鸡蛋。
    • 3.顺一个方向搅拌至肉馅上劲。
    • 4.藕切片将肉馅夹在2片藕片中间。
    • 5.面粉中打入一个鸡蛋。
    • 6.加适量水搅拌均匀,面糊如图样即可。
    • 7.做好的藕盒放入面糊中均匀裹上面糊。
    • 8.下油锅中小火炸。
    • 9.炸至金黄色即可。
