酱香肉丁疙瘩面
中午吃饺子剩下一点面,本想晚上给孩子烤个披萨呢,谁知下午就不爱动了,就改了主意吃猫耳头吧。 谁知面团醒至一下午软了,捻出的猫耳头一煮就塌蔫了,后来就叫疙瘩面吧。呵呵。。。。。。味道不错哟。
这个面疙瘩既简单又实惠,又当菜又当饭,在双节期间玩累了,油腻的吃多了,不妨做做,也是不错的哟。。。

    Steps to make 酱香肉丁疙瘩面

    • 1.把面粉加水和成稍硬一些的面团后醒至1小时,揉成筷子粗细的面条。
    • 2.切成拇指大小的块。
    • 3.取一小面快,用大拇指捻成空心的小面团。
    • 4.捻好后,摊开不要粘连。
    • 5.锅中放水加一点盐烧开。
    • 6.下入小面疙瘩。煮3分钟。
    • 7.直接捞在冷水盆中过水。
    • 8.过水后捞出控干水分。
    • 9.把 肉切成丁,黄瓜切丁备用。
    • 10.炒锅放油烧热。
    • 11.放入上浆的肉丁翻炒。
    • 12.肉丁变色加入葱姜碎。
    • 13.倒入料酒 酱油 糖继续翻炒。
    • 14.加入豆瓣酱 辣酱各一勺。
    • 15.翻炒均匀,使酱包裹肉丁。
    • 16.放入煮熟的面疙瘩。
    • 17.继续翻炒均匀,每个面疙瘩都能沾满酱汁。
    • 18.加入黄瓜丁炒匀即可。
