腊肉蒸粉条
虽然平时爱吃素,但长时间不吃腊肠,闻到香味偶尔也会馋一下。于是我决定找一种低热量的烹饪方法来加工它——蒸——非它莫属了。不过蒸过腊肠的筒子们都知道,腊肠在蒸的过程中也会出油,并且最后和水蒸汽混在一起聚在碗里,那么这蒸出来的油水怎么处理呢?真是“鸡肋”啊。于是我打算在腊肠下面铺上粉条。粉条会在蒸的过程中吸收香肠流出的油,这样最后吃到嘴里的就是不油腻的腊肠和带着腊肠香味的粉条啦。虽然这样没少吃进热量,但至少没有额外加入啦,而且也没有浪费。

Steps to make 腊肉蒸粉条

  • 1.主要材料:腊肠和粉条。
  • 2.提前将粉条用热水泡软。
  • 3.将腊肠斜刀切片。
  • 4.将泡好的粉条摆入盘中,撒上盐,并调少量生抽。
  • 5.将腊肠码在粉条上面,在盘子中再放进一些水,以防蒸出的粉条过硬。
  • 6.上锅大火蒸15分钟。
  • 7.出锅后,撒上葱花点缀兼提味。
