红糖桂圆核桃面包
最近,小主放假在家,我这换着花样做面包。一次,在微博上看到了金大旺老师红糖桂圆面包,很喜欢,在其配方的基础上略做了改动,浓浓的红糖包裹着浓浓的桂圆的味道,越嚼越香啊!
换了个口味,俺家小主非常喜欢。

  • 高筋面粉220克
  • 红糖40克
  • 桂圆肉50克
  • 全麦粉60克
  • 酵母粉3克
  • 奶粉20克
  • 蛋液25克
  • 食盐4克
  • 核桃仁40克
  • 黄油20克
  • 170克

Steps to make 红糖桂圆核桃面包

  • 1.准备好所用的原料;
  • 2.将桂圆干泡软沥干、将红糖放入热水融化晾凉(水的量在配方量里),核桃仁烤熟切小块;
  • 3.除桂圆干、核桃仁、黄油外,其他原料入面包机混合,执行揉面程序;
  • 4.再加入黄油、桂圆干、核桃仁继续揉面至光滑;
  • 5.将揉好的面团放在发面盆里,室温下发酵;
  • 6.面团发至两倍大,扎孔排气;
  • 7.将面团按100克一个分成小面团,松弛20分钟;
  • 8.将松弛好的面团塑形后放在烤盘里,进行二次醒发40分钟;
  • 9.按自己喜欢的开始割口,用粉筛撒上干粉;
  • 10.放进预热的烤箱里,180度烤20分钟即可。
