苔条花生豆瓣酥
上次去扬州饭店用餐,点菜时发现菜单上有这道菜。于是也在家住里开始研究,这道菜操作简单,不失夏日里一道下酒菜。

Steps to make 苔条花生豆瓣酥

  • 1.苔条撕开,抖落杂质。
  • 2.花生洗净沥干水分擦干。
  • 3.蚕豆仁洗净沥干水分擦干。
  • 4.锅中放入适量油,小火炸熟花生盛出。
  • 5.蚕豆也放入油锅里炸熟变色后捞出。
  • 6.关火后快速放入苔条滑炒至苔条变干脆。
  • 7.倒入花生和蚕豆。加入适量白糖翻炒几下即可。
