  • 高筋面粉170g
  • 低筋面粉30g
  • 细砂糖18g
  • 奶粉15g
  • 2.5g
  • 黄油15g
  • 125g
  • 干酵母3g
  • 红豆泥336g
  • 红豆150克
  • 红糖35克
  • 蜂蜜30克
  • 淡奶油80克
  • 黄油35克

Steps to make 超高人气的甜面包。【日式红豆包】

  • 1.制做红豆泥。红豆加水浸泡3小时以上或过夜。倒进电压力锅内,加适量的水压30分钟,压至红豆一捏即粉就可以了
  • 2.沥去水份,放炒锅中,加入其他材料搅拌均匀
  • 3.中火一直搅拌按压慢慢把水收干后,不要太干也不要太湿
  • 4.装到密封容器内,盖上盖子放凉待用
  • 5.制做面团。除了黄油、红豆泥之外的材料按先液体后粉类秩序放入面包机桶内
  • 6.选和面程序揉至扩展阶段
  • 7.加入黄油继续选择一个和面程序20分钟
  • 8.面团取出,放进盆内盖上保鲜膜发酵,发到2倍大
  • 9.制做红豆面包。发酵好的面团取出,分割成等量7小份。每一小份都滚圆后,盖上保鲜膜醒发20分钟
  • 10.面团醒发的时候把红豆泥分7份,每份50克,捏成团备用
  • 11.醒发好后取一小面团按扁,把一颗红豆馅放中间
  • 12.面皮包住红豆馅,捏紧收口。然后收口朝下摆放丰烤盘中
  • 13.把剩下6份小面团全部操作完成,放入烤盘中
  • 14.放烤箱中发酵
  • 15.烤箱预热190°。面包表面用喷瓶喷上水
  • 16.中间撒少许芝麻
  • 17.然后在面包上先盖一层油纸
  • 18.用一个干净的烤盘压在面包上,轻轻往下按压两下烤盘
  • 19.放入预热好的烤箱下层,烤18分钟左右
  • 20.烤好出炉
  • 21.将面包放晾网上晾凉后密封保存
  • 22.出炉温热时吃更好吃。它的松软奶香,加上里馅的绵密湿糯,让香甜可口的气息在口中萦绕
