  • 味达美清香米醋2汤匙
  • 六月鲜特级原汗酱油2汤匙
  • 味达美蚝油1汤匙
  • 藤椒油1汤匙

Steps to make 凉拌金针菇

  • 1.主要食材合集。
  • 2.金针菇冲洗干净,切去根部,撕成小束。
  • 3.辣椒、姜蒜和香菜洗干净晾干水切碎。
  • 4.取一个小碗,装入辣椒和姜蒜末。
  • 5.加2汤匙米醋。
  • 6.2汤匙酱油。
  • 7.挤1汤匙左右的蚝油。
  • 8.加1汤匙藤椒油,然后搅拌均匀。
  • 9.烧一锅水,水开后下金针菇焯水半分钟赶紧捞起。如果有条件可以过下冰水降温,这样更爽脆。
  • 10.焯过水的金针菇摆好盘。
  • 11.倒入前面调好的酱汁。
  • 12.撒上香菜碎,拌匀就可以了。
