  • 1.南瓜切片,蒸软,压成泥,和一份糯米份和一块。另一份糯米粉用开水和匀,软硬适中
  • 2.和好的糯米团
  • 3.各取15克左右的片团,压扁,煮一锅开水,水开后,放下去,煮至面团浮起
  • 4.将煮过的糯米面团再分别揉到面团中
  • 5.和好的面团,盖保鲜膜,静置20分钟
  • 6.先各取一块南瓜轜米团和原味轜米团,擀成薄片,叠在一起,再次擀压。
  • 7.卷起,卷紧一些
  • 8.用锋利的刀切出0.5厘米厚的面团
  • 9.取一小块南瓜糯米团,搓成柱状
  • 10.粘和到一起
  • 11.煮水,水开后,放到汤圆,煮熟后,盛到碗中,放些蜂蜜或糖调味,或做成酒酿圆子,随自己喜欢就好
