  • 蒜头1整个
  • 肉骨茶汤包2包
  • 半匙
  • 老抽1匙
  • 生抽1匙

Steps to make 肉骨茶

  • 1.排骨跟鸡肉剁块洗净。
  • 2.蒜头一整个,也可以掰成一个个。
  • 3.我买的是这种汤料包,凉水烧开。
  • 4.然后下入蒜头。
  • 5.再下排骨、鸡肉,烧开后转小火煮一个小时。
  • 6.开锅后加入少许盐。
  • 7.加老抽上色(不喜欢可以不加)。
  • 8.还有生抽提鲜,搅拌均匀就可以了。
