  • 棉花糖400g
  • 奶粉80g
  • 烤熟花生米去皮130g
  • 红香妃葡萄干160g
  • 三牛苏打饼干400g

Steps to make 雪花酥

  • 1.材料准备好,花生米提前烤好,葡萄干清洗下到烤箱70度60分钟烤干。饼干掰小点。
  • 2.黄油用小火熔化。
  • 3.黄油全部熔化后放入棉花糖,小火继续炒。
  • 4.棉花糖全部熔化后加入奶粉,搅拌,一直小火。
  • 5.奶粉搅拌到没有颗粒时,先放入葡萄干和花生米,拌匀,再放饼干,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入模具中。
  • 7.洒上熟面粉,压紧压平。
  • 8.常温冷却成型两小时左右,用刀切成一长条一长条。
  • 9.再切成小块。
  • 10.用包装纸一个一个包好。
