  • 猪蹄2个
  • 葱白1段
  • 1块

  • 八角2个
  • 花椒1匙
  • 干辣椒2个
  • 肉蔻1个
  • 桂皮1小块
  • 料酒20ml
  • 老抽10ml
  • 酱油15ml

Steps to make 酱猪蹄

  • 1.猪蹄处理好洗净,用冷水浸泡出血水。
  • 2.冷水放入猪蹄,加入姜片和料酒,烧开煮三分钟左右,捞出用温水洗净。
  • 3.葱切成小段,姜拍碎切片。
  • 4.锅内倒入少许食用油,放入冰糖小火炒出糖色,当然老抽和酱油。
  • 5.猪蹄放入锅内,加入葱、姜、蒜、花椒、八角、桂皮、香叶、肉蔻、盐,倒入料酒和炒好的糖色,加水没过猪蹄。
  • 6.炖制50分钟左右,继续焖制几个小时入味。
  • 7.成品图。
