  • 1.成品图来一张!简单美味。
  • 2.豆角,圣女果,鸡蛋,土豆,红薯。生菜,巴沙鱼这些材料备用。

  • 7.土豆去皮,红薯去皮,各切块入锅煮熟。
  • 8.油锅烧至六成熟倒入玉米油,入巴沙鱼。
  • 9.煎至两面熟捞出备用。
  • 10.大火烧开,入豆角煮熟。
  • 11.捞出切断入碗中。
  • 12.圣女果洗干净。
  • 13.对半切开。
  • 14.鸡蛋切块,生菜洗干净。
  • 15.所有材料放入碗里。
  • 16.表面撒少许沙拉酱即可!
