Steps to make 香煎鹅肝

  • 1.吐司切掉硬边后对半切,苹果切片。
  • 2.撒少量盐腌制鹅肝10min。
  • 3.锅内无油,鹅肝中小火煎1min后翻面。
  • 4.锅内不放油,吐司烤至两面微微焦黄。
  • 5.翻面再煎1min,放苹果片一起。
  • 6.吐司片垫底,放上鹅肝。
  • 7.再放上苹果片。
  • 8.最后放少量草莓酱。
