    Steps to make 春笋鲈鱼

    • 1.春笋去皮洗净切块
    • 2.入沸水中稍烫去除草酸和苦涩味,捞出洗净
    • 3.香菇淡盐水中浸泡片刻洗净切片
    • 4.鲈鱼去鳞去鳃去鳍去尾,破肚去内脏,鱼身两面改花刀,均匀涂抹少量盐
    • 5.平底锅烧热,放油,放入鲈鱼煎至两面微黄
    • 6.放葱段,姜片,煎出香味
    • 7.放入香菇,煎至变软
    • 8.放料酒,加水与鱼身持平,大火烧开
    • 9.放少许白醋,调入1汤匙猪油,放入春笋,适量盐,中火烧20分钟左右留些汤汁即可
    • 10.开饭啦~~~~~
